GLR Week 2025
GLR Week 2025 – Thank You!
Thank you to all of the attendees, panelists, moderators, communities, and donors who made GLR Week 2025 a valuable and collaborative experience.
Our continued theme of “Focus on the Gaps,” is a call to action to confront the persistent learning, achievement, digital access, and opportunity gaps that have left far too many children stranded. Each GLR Week 2025 session probed these disparities and spotlighted the innovative strategies and scalable solutions needed to close them.
Plenary sessions featured a celebration of zoos and aquariums as part of informal learning ecosystems as well as solutions-focused conversations about: education technology, early learning, high-impact tutoring, chronic absenteeism, ALICE families (UnitedForAlice.org), the impact of federal legislation on rural communities, and the recent surge in parents “curating” their children’s K–12 education experience. Together, we sought to “focus on the gaps” with greater intentionality and resolve.
We also had twenty-three states/communities participate in GLR Week with a variety of webinars, celebrations, and other in-person events. You can learn more about those here.
CGLR appreciates the ongoing commitment of our Founding Partners
